Kyoto, once the capital of Japan, is a refined city on the island of Honsh with thousands of classical Buddhist temples, as well as gardens, imperial palaces, Shinto shrines and traditional wooden houses. It’s also known for formal traditions such as kaiseki dining, consisting of multiple courses of precise dishes, and geisha, female entertainers often found in the Gion district.

Formats of Presentation

Oral Presentation: 20 minutes for a presenter (15 minutes for a presentation and 5 minutes for questions)

Poster Presentation: 60 minutes for a group of presenters (Please prepare a poster smaller than width 60cm x height 160cm)

Note: Our laptop computer will accept USB flash drives. Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat Reader are installed on the laptop computer. Internet access is NOT provided.

Conference Submission

Please submit the abstract or full paper by email to: staff@universal-conferences.org with mention "19-21 November" in subject line.

Within few weeks of receiving your submission, we will notify you of the reviewers’ acceptance or rejection, for the conference. If we inform you that it is an acceptance and you would like to publish your research in the Conference Proceedings of the Universal Academic Cluster, use the APA style sheet (The format is available at www.apastyle.org/manual/related/sample-experiment-paper-1.pdf) and email us your full paper in Microsoft Word.

Registration

Registration is open to everyone (presenters or listeners). Accommodation and meals are not included in the registration fee.

Early bird rates (until 31 October 2015): 290 USD

Regular rates (until 15 November 2015): 390 USD

Note: Each registered person will receive a Certificate of Participation at the conference. The fee is no refund. You can pay the fee by Western Union. Please, contact us.

Visa

UAC is not authorized to assist with the VISA process beyond providing an Acceptance Letter.
